1. Our Policy

At CricketShopSA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. You may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the policy below.


2. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels remain attached.

  • You have the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Personalized or custom orders


4. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange for another product, simply email us at infocricketshopsa@gmail.com.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or wrong size), the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
